Cycling laws in Saskatchewan
There are no federal laws outlining the rules of the road. Each province and territory has its own set of traffic laws.
In addition to this, cities and towns may have their own traffic regulations, usually known as bylaws.
These local regulations may not take away any rights listed in the provincial traffic laws unless this option is expressly permitted by the province.
Also, they may not permit a person riding a bike to do anything prohibited by provincial law.
